Low Foam, Medium Alkaline, Liquid Cleaning Agent for Tetrapak Filling Equipment
LEVALINE TETRA,It is applied manually, with high pressure machines or floor cleaning machines in the cleaning of tetrapak machines (form cylinder filling part, press cylinder), floor cleaning of production areas, warehouses and offices.
It is suitable for circulation and CIP systems in waters with a hardness higher than German 5.
It especially removes oils and oily residues on machines, walls and floors.
It has low foam.
It does not corrode all types of sensitive surfaces, including copper, brass, aluminum, zinc, tin, enamel and ceramic surfaces, at 1% concentration at 80°C.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
LEVALINE TETRA,It is used in 0.5-2% concentration depending on the degree of pollution.
USAGE AMOUNT
Pre-rinse for heavy dirt
Manual: 0.5-2%
High Pressure systems: 0.2-2% and 60 °C
The final rinse should be done with drinking quality water.
