Degreasing Chemical for Biological Tunnel Type Washing Machines
OPTIBIOL STAR is a highly powerful, concentrated cleaner developed specifically for cleaning and degreasing metal parts in rotary baskets, pressure washers, ultrasonic washers, and wash tunnels.
It can be successfully used in ultrasonic and pressure washers, and wash tunnels. It can be applied to the surface by applying, spraying, or dipping/rinsing.
It removes all types of oil, dirt, wax, grease, cutting oils, work contaminants, carbon, paint, and polishing residue from metal surfaces, protecting the surface against rust.
It is harmless to the environment, human health, and waste treatment systems.
It is completely biodegradable and decomposes. It contains no solvents, phosphates, or silicones.
OPTIBIOL STAR does not form an emulsion with oil, grease, or similar contaminants. It separates from the oil in solution and accumulates beneath the oil. This allows for repeated recirculation.
OPTIBIOL STAR extends the life of the wash bath, and by extending its lifespan, it reduces chemical consumption and costs, and waste disposal costs. Accumulated oils can be completely removed from the OPTIBIOL STAR cleaning chemical using a separator or skimmer.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Use by diluting 1-3% with water. To increase its effectiveness and shorten the cleaning time, it is recommended to use between 40-80ºC.
