Pressure Casting Mud Line Acidic Cleaner

OPTICIDE HEPTA: A specially formulated acidic cleaner for pressure mold lines used to remove sludge, deposits, oil, rust, carbon residue, and heavy dirt from metal surfaces.
It is safely used to remove rust and mold residues formed due to atmospheric conditions on sheet metal, platinum, steel profiles, and many other metals.
It is safely used to remove rust residue from parts to be dusted, dip-painted, or wet-painted, preparing them for painting.
It is used by wiping to remove degreasing from sheet metal before painting.
It is safely used to clean metal parts rusted for various reasons after machining.
It is safely used to clean the rusted exterior surfaces of molds used in the rubber and plastic industries.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPTICIDE HEPTA: Thanks to its concentrated formula, it is used after diluting 1/3 to 1/30 with water. Maintaining the cleaning temperature at 55°C increases its cleaning power. Rinsing after cleaning removes unwanted residue. Do not use on polished or chrome-plated metal molds.

USAGE DOSAGE
Depending on the level of contamination, dilute 1/3 to 1/30 with water.
