Industrial Closed Circuit Lime and Rust Remover
OPTICIDE LIME: This chemical product removes limestone, rust, and mineral deposits from cooling systems, heat exchangers, boilers, and water pipes by breaking them down at micron levels during circulation.
It does not harm metals such as copper and metal pipes, and it is successfully used in the construction industry to clean concrete and mortar residue.
It is safely used in the textile industry to clean sprinklers and pipe systems in humidification units, injection molding machines, molds, and cooling systems used in the plastics industry.
It is used for the interior and exterior cleaning of submersible, mud, and pool pumps; for removing lime residue from the floor walls and glass of swimming and ornamental pools; for removing cement residue stuck to the bodywork of vehicles used in concrete mixing and transportation; for removing lime and sediment caused by cooling water in pasteurization lines in canning; and for cleaning surfaces on marble processing machines and machines in the ceramic industry.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Cooling Systems: Drain the entire system. Refill the system to operating level. Add 10 liters of water/1 liter of OPTICIDE LIME. Circulate for 5-6 hours. Measure the pH of the water in the system. Add OPTICIDE LIME if necessary to maintain the pH between 1.5 and 2. Continue circulation. After 5-6 hours, drain and rinse the system. Repeat the process if necessary.
Direct Use: Mix one part OPTICIDE LIME with 5 parts water. Apply to the materials with a brush or cloth. Wait for a short time for it to penetrate and remove residue.
Immersion Method: Place the materials to be cleaned in a pool or plastic container and immerse them in the OPTICIDE LIME and water mixture. Wait until the residue dissolves. Then remove and rinse thoroughly with water.
USE DOSAGE
Use 1/5 to 1/10 of the product, depending on the total water volume.
