Acidic Cleaner for Die Casting Mold Lines
OPTICIDE MAXI: A specially formulated acidic cleaner for pressure mold lines used to remove sludge, deposits, oil, rust, carbon residue, and heavy dirt from metal surfaces.
It can be safely used to remove rust and mold residues formed due to atmospheric conditions on sheet metal, platinum, steel profiles, and many other metals.
It can be safely used to remove rust residue from parts to be dusted, dip-painted, or wet-painted, preparing them for painting.
It can be used by wiping to remove degreasing from sheet metal before painting.
It can be safely used to clean metal parts rusted for various reasons after machining.
It can be safely used to clean the rusted exterior surfaces of molds used in the rubber and plastic industries.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPTICIDE MAXI: Thanks to its concentrated formula, it can be used after diluting with water at a ratio of 1:500 to 1:2000. Maintaining the cleaning temperature at 55°C increases cleaning power. Rinsing after cleaning removes unwanted residue. Do not use on polished or chrome-plated metal molds.
USAGE DOSAGE
Depending on the level of contamination, dilute 1/500 - 1/2000 with water.
