Dispersant Mud Lime and Sediment Cleaner
OPTICIDE MUD: An acidic cleaner containing special protective inhibitors that dissolves lime, sediment, rust, and algae deposits, as well as mineral deposits, formed in heating and cooling systems.
It is safely used to remove lime residue from boilers, coolers, chillers, fan coils, and heat exchanger systems and cooling towers; lime residue from steam boilers and ironing systems used in the textile industry; and the sprinklers and pipe systems in humidification units in the textile weaving industry.
It is also used safely in the plastics industry to clean injection molding machines, production molds, and cooling systems; to remove lime and sediment trapped between the cooling channels in cooling radiators operating in dusty environments; and to remove lime residue from the mains water supply in solar collectors and combi boiler systems.
It is also used safely in the cleaning of cement residue adhering to the bodywork of vehicles used in concrete mixing and transportation; and to clean surfaces on marble processing machines and machinery used in the ceramic industry.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
OPTICIDE MUD: Used with recirculation, brushing, and dipping methods. Do not use on unalloyed aluminum, zamac, galvanized, or marble surfaces. Do not exceed 60°C (140°F). Keeping the cleaning temperature around 50°C (50°F) increases cleaning power.
After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with water to remove residue from the system.
USE AMOUNT
For recirculation: Use 1/5 to 1/20 of the product based on the total water volume.
