Liquid cleaner coater spray based on a combination of acidic phosphates and high efficiency surfactants
OPTICOAT FE 960 D is an acidic liquid material used for iron phosphate coating on iron, galvanized steel, aluminum, steel, and zinc alloys.
It can be used in dipping and spraying processes. Thanks to its special surfactants, it also removes oil from parts.
It forms a homogeneous iron phosphate layer of 0.2-0.6 g/m² on CRS and iron surfaces.
The iron phosphate layer provides excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance for organic coatings.
It also provides good adhesion for organic coatings on zinc and aluminum surfaces.
