Lithium Silicate Based Liquid Concrete Hardener

OPTIFLEX LS 12 SC is a lithium-based liquid concrete hardener with a high concentration structure, used for thickening, hardening and protecting new or existing concrete floors against dust.

OPTIFLEX LS 12 SC, our lithium silicate based liquid concrete hardener product, is frequently used in factories, aircraft hangars, storage areas, garages, shopping malls and parking lots.

OPTIFLEX LS 12 SC has smaller molecules than its traditional Sodium and Potassium based alternatives and it impregnates into the concrete more easily and completes its reaction in a much shorter time.

Active lithium, one of the components of OPTIFLEX LS 12 SC, causes calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)), which is one of the concrete components and causes dust in the concrete.₂) molecules and transforms these molecules into insoluble hydrated calcium silicate (CSH) molecules, which increase surface hardness, reduce dusting, and facilitate the maintenance of concrete floors.

After the application of OPTIFLEX LS 12 SC, the chemical reaction of silicate and concrete components occurs in the upper layer of the concrete, and thanks to the protection provided by OPTIFLEX LS 12 SC, the concrete is more durable than traditional surface coating and insulation materials, as there is no flaking, peeling and exposure to moisture.
