Online Hard Shell Cleaner
OPTIGARD SP 500 is an excellent product that allows the removal of hard scale formations formed at the liquid-solid interface by water-insoluble metal salts while the system is operating.
It is used as a calcium carbonate inhibitor in steam boilers.
When added to the cleaning solution during acid cleaning, it facilitates the dissolution of limestone and reduces the corrosion rate.
It does not cause the corrosion problems encountered during acid cleaning.
It has superior properties in system balancing and distribution.
It is thermally and chemically stable and can be used safely up to 320°C.
One gram dissolves 400 mg of calcium carbonate. It is non-corrosive to dosing pumps and capillary tubes.
