OPTISIL SW 600 is a fast-acting polish with gloss-enhancing, water-repellent, and dust-repellent properties. It is an indispensable part of automotive care products.
It creates an invisible film layer on the body surface that is glossy, water-repellent, protective, and also has antistatic properties.

OPTISIL SW 600 is applied to the surface by spraying after dilution with water or by adding it directly to the final rinse water. It allows water to run off quickly, creating a dry, glossy, and water-repellent layer on the surface when wiped with a dry cloth.

OPTISIL SW 600 is suitable for automatic car wash systems. It is applied by spraying it into the final rinse water after washing with oil and dirt remover. The liquid on the surface dries quickly as it passes through an air tunnel, thus creating a dry, long-lasting, glossy, and water-repellent layer on the surface.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

OPTISIL SW 600 is used by diluting it with soft water. The dilution ratio should be determined by testing according to the type of surface to be applied (metal, glass, etc.) and also according to the desired gloss and water repellency performance.
The recommended dilution ratio is 5 parts OPTISIL SW 600 to 95 parts water.
Diluted liquid has better emulsion stability and a longer shelf life. The quality of the water used in the dilution process (such as the proportion of bacteria, minerals, etc., its ionic content, alkaline status, and pH level) can affect emulsion stability.

USAGE AMOUNT

The recommended dilution ratio is 5 units of OPTISIL SW 600 to 95 units of water.
