Surface Disinfectant
OPTISOL® IPA 700 MVP is a 70% isopropyl alcohol solution diluted with WFI water, specifically formulated for the periodic decontamination of hard and non-porous surfaces in the pharmaceutical industry.
OPTISOL® IPA 700 MVP has a very good disinfection effect.
It has bactericidal and fungicidal effects.
It does not harm soft metals.
It has high dirt-dissolving properties.
INDICATIONS / USES
OPTISOL® IPA 700 MVP is developed for use as a disinfectant on washable, hard, non-porous environmental surfaces such as floors, walls, countertops, tools, carts and other equipment in pharmaceutical, medical device and cosmetic production facilities, all areas of the food industry, food processing, preparation and serving facilities, and other enclosed areas where infectious contamination control is required.
MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY
OPTISOL® IPA 700 MVP is suitable for all commonly used metals at the specified application concentration (iron, steel, zinc, copper, aluminum, etc.). It does not exhibit corrosive effects on plastics such as PE, PP, PTFE, PVDF, rigid PVC, and rubber under operating conditions.
APPLICATION
Spray onto surfaces to be disinfected from a distance of 15-20 cm. All surfaces must remain wet for the following contact times:
Contact Time:
Disinfection: 5 min
Virucidal: 5 min
Fungicidal: 5-10 min
Surface sanitization for non-food contact surfaces: 3 min
