Alkaline Additive Suitable for Beer and Beverage Industry, Bottle Washing Machines and Copper Surfaces
STABILAD COPP is used as a caustic additive in the beer industry for cleaning all areas and equipment.
It is suitable for copper, brass, steel, stainless steel surfaces, all alkali-resistant plastics, gaskets and sealing materials.
Suitable for CIP systems.
Increases cleaning efficiency.
Shows excellent performance even in very hard processing water.
Not suitable for aluminum alloys and tin-plated materials.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Drying/Cooling chambers: For boats, cooking tanks and boilers
Concentration: 0.5-0.7% + 3% NaOH Temperature: 70°C Time: 30 minutes
Filters/Tank farms: For layered filters, edge filters, cables, pipes Concentration: 0.5-0.7% + 2% NaOH
Temperature: 70°C Time: 20 minutes
Bottled section: For flash pasteurizers,
Concentration: 0.5% + 1.5% NaOH Temperature: 70°C Time: 20 minutes
After cleaning with STABILAD COPP, rinsing should be done with drinking water quality water.
USAGE QUANTITY
