Ecological Anti-Burr and Torch Protector
WELD ECO is safe for use in all welding processes. It requires minimal consumption, making it highly economical. Its ingredients are 100% biodegradable, making it an ecological product.
It is a unique, high-performance spatter protection product that protects workpieces from high-energy spatter adhesion in metal welding and cutting operations, eliminating costly deburring operations.
During welding, plasma, and laser cutting processes, it prevents spatter and molten slag from adhering to the metal surface and the torch tip of automated welding robots.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Spray (e.g., with a compressed air spray can) or brush onto both sides of the weld area and/or into the torch, creating a very thin layer. Proceed with the welding process.
DOUBLE USE
Use as a concentrate without dilution.
