Galvanized Welding Burr Preventer

WELD G10 is a unique, high-performance spatter protection product that protects workpieces from high-energy spatter adhesion in metal welding and cutting operations, eliminating costly deburring operations.

It is used on high-amperage galvanized surfaces and very hot surfaces, with currents of 400 amps and above.
It has a water-based, biodegradable, non-flammable, and odorless formulation.

It provides continuous protection during the welding process, eliminating the need to clean workpieces with spatulas, brushes, or chisels before subsequent applications such as polishing, galvanizing, oxidizing, or painting.

It ensures the cleaning and cleanliness of gas nozzles.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Spray a very thin layer (e.g., with a compressed air spray can) or brush onto both sides of the weld area and/or into the torch from a distance of 25-30 cm. Proceed with the welding operation.

DOUBLE USE
Use as a concentrate without dilution.
