Silikonsuz Kalıp Ayırıcı Sprey
MR 300, kalıp ile üretilen mamul arasında ince bir film tabakası oluşturarak parçanın kalıba yapışmasını önler. Parçanın kalıptan deforme olmadan yüzeyde leke bırakmadan kolayca ayrılmasını sağlar.
Plastik ve metal enjeksiyon kalıplarında işlem görecek parçalar için kalıp ayırıcı olarak kullanılır. Kullanılan parçalarda boyama, yapıştırma vb. işlemler yapılabilir. Silikon içermediğinden dolayı yağ kalıntısı bırakmaz.
Çok iyi yayılım yapar ve en narin metallerin arasına sızma yaparak ayırma sağlar.
KULLANIM TALİMATI
MR 300, kullanmadan önce kutuyu çalkalayıp 25-30 cm mesafeden eşit ve ince tabaka halinde püskürtünüz.
