Biological Gas Shielded Welding Spatter Preventer

OPTIBIOL WELD is a unique, high-performance spatter protection product that protects workpieces from high-energy spatter adhesion in metal welding and cutting operations, eliminating costly deburring operations.
It prevents spatter and molten slag from adhering to the metal surface and the torch tip of automated welding robots during welding, plasma, and laser cutting processes. Its water-based, biodegradable, non-flammable, and odorless formulation is compatible with aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
It is VOC-free, solvent-free, and silicone-free.
It contains corrosion inhibitors for short-term corrosion protection.
With its balanced structure, it performs its function both wet and after the product has dried.
It provides continuous protection during the welding process, eliminating the need to clean workpieces with spatulas, brushes, or chisels before subsequent applications such as polishing, galvanizing, oxidation, or painting.
It ensures that gas nozzles are cleaned and remain clean.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OPTIBIOL WELD should be sprayed (e.g., with a compressed air spray can) or brushed onto both sides of the weld area and/or inside the torch, creating a very thin layer from a distance of 25-30 cm. Welding begins.

Dilute 1/5 with water.
