Silikon Bazlı Kalıp Ayırıcı Sprey
MR 700, kalıp ile üretilen mamul arasında ince bir film tabakası oluşturarak parçanın kalıba yapışmasını önler. Parçanın kalıptan deforme olmadan yüzeyde leke bırakmadan kolayca ayrılmasını sağlar.
Kauçuk , plastik ve döküm işlerinde üretilen parçanın kalıptan kolay ayrılması ve parça kalitesinin yüksek olmasını sağlar. Yanlış dökümden meydana gelen fireyi azaltır. Daha düşük hatalı baskı oranı ile iş gücü tasarrufu sağlar.
Polietilen, polipropilen, akrilik, poliüretan, HIPS, bakalit, doğal kauçuk, nitril, neopren, flurosilikon polimer ve bunun gibi ürünlerin kalıplarında ayırıcı ve silikon bazlı bir yağlayıcı olarak kullanılır.
KULLANIM TALİMATI
Kullanmadan iyice önce çalkalayınız. Spreyi 20 cm uzaklıktan uygulanacak yüzeye (kalıp, silikon ile yağlama yapılabilecek her yüzey v.s) sıkınız.
