OPTICOR AC 4500 is a fluid specifically designed for application to metal and galvanized wire at the end of continuous casting/rolling lines such as Contirod, Southwire, Krupp Hazelett, Properzi, and upward casting lines such as Outokumpu and Rautomead.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

OPTICOR AC 4500 is used to protect metal wire from staining due to oxidation or other adverse atmospheric conditions. It lubricates the passage of the processed rod through the winding tube.

It should be used as a concentrate without dilution in continuous casting lines and vertical casting lines.

The ideal operating temperature is 40-70°C.

The immersion time should be sufficient for the metal to reach bath temperature to promote rapid drying.
