REMOLD PR 900 GL, üstün performanslı, poliüretan panel ve poliüretan ekipman üretimi için solvent içermeyen, kokusuz, jel formunda çok özel bir kalıp ayırıcıdır.
KULLANIM ALANLARI
Çatı paneli, konteyner paneli, cephe paneli, soğutucu paneli, poliüretan makina ekipman üretimi gibi yüzey alanı geniş yüzeylerde çok etkili ve güvenli bir kalıp ayırıcıdır.
AVANTAJLARI
REMOLD PR 900 GL,jel formu sayesinde, kalıp üzerinde, mükemmel kalıp ayırma özelliği gösteren, kalıcı ve esnek bir film oluşturur.
Kalıplarda, yüzey kalitesini arttırır ve mükemmel temizlenme özelliğini garanti eder. Minimum kalıp artığı oluşumu ile yüksek ayırma gücü ve kayma performansı sergiler.
Mükemmel termal kararlılığa sahiptir.
Rijit poliüretan uygulamalara uygundur.
Poliüretan köpük bileşenleri ile reaksiyona girmez, köpük yapısında bozulma yaratmaz.
Poliüretan köpük parçalarda minimum sürtünmeden dolayı, kullanım sırasında köpük gıcırdamaz.
Uygulama sırasında buğulanma olmaz.
Yüksek maliyet etkinliğine ve çok iyi depolama kararlılığına sahiptir.
Solvent içermez. Kokusuzdur.
KULLANIM TALİMATI
REMOLD PR 900 GL, kalıp yüzeylerine, sünger ya da fırça ile direkt sürülerek uygulanabilir. Yüzeyde ince bir film oluşturulması kalıplama öncesi üstün verim alınmasını garanti edecektir.
