Solvent-Based Boron-Free Protective Oil
OPTIMOLD SOL 56 is a solvent-based, high-flash-point corrosion preventive oil that can be used safely in industrial applications, both during and after the process. It is ideal for protecting engine parts and power transmission equipment.
It is used as a medium-term corrosion inhibitor and has excellent film properties.
The product's thin film layer forms a light, oily layer on parts during application.
It ensures long-term storage of bearings and mechanical parts.
It leaves no adhesive residue on moving parts and provides lubrication.
It is compatible with many maintenance oils, so there is no need to clean moving parts (bearings) before assembly.
It can be wiped clean with water-based, slightly alkaline cleaning chemicals or solvents.
It removes fingerprints from parts when applied.
