Dry Lubricant Spray
SPIR is a product that can be used in general industrial maintenance, in areas where grease lubrication is not possible, and for lubricating metal parts. It protects against corrosion and prevents dust with its anti-static structure.
It reduces metal-to-metal friction. It prevents corrosion between dissimilar metals. It has excellent thermal conductivity and is resistant to high pressure. It resists wear and prevents friction, even under high temperature and pressure conditions, on moving surfaces.
It provides dry graphite lubrication.
It is used as a mold release agent, especially in aluminum extrusion dies.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake the can of SPIR vigorously for 1 minute before use. Spray a very thin layer evenly onto the surface to be lubricated from a distance of 25-30 cm. Polish with a clean cloth.
DOUBLE USE
Apply by spraying.
