Chlorine Dioxide Disinfection Product - Drinking Water Disinfectant

DIOXY ACTIV PLUS is a high-level disinfection product based on pure chlorine dioxide and containing special stabilizers. It is effective in controlling Legionella pneumophila bacteria and disinfecting air conditioners, irrigation and storage tanks, and all system pipes through which water passes.

It is safely used as a disinfectant and biocide in agriculture, the beverage industry, industry, wastewater treatment, pool disinfection, drinking water disinfection, animal husbandry, and for disinfecting all surfaces, combating legionella, and eliminating bacteria, viruses, and other harmful bacteria.

When applied to water resting in agricultural storage facilities, it prevents the growth of bacteria that can harm crops, such as legionella, biofilm, fungi, and viruses. This results in higher quality and healthier crops.

Pulverization in storage areas eliminates bacteria on crop surfaces. Because the product evaporates, it leaves no residue. It has proven to be highly effective bactericidal and virucidal even at concentrations as low as 0.1 ppm.

Furthermore, thanks to its broad-spectrum disinfectant properties, it prevents the development of bacterial and fungal plant diseases and helps reduce the amount of pesticides used to combat them. When used at the appropriate concentration, it is harmless to humans and animals.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

DIOXY ACTIV PLUS is effective against microorganisms in drinking water disinfection, even at concentrations of 0.05 mg/L to 0.4 mg/L.

At concentrations between 0.5 and 2 ppm, AOX formation is eliminated and the formation of chlorophenols is inhibited.

In agriculture, DIOXY ACTIV PLUS is applied to tomato seedlings for the first week to 10 days after planting. It controls diseases caused by agents such as Rhizoctania, Fusarium, Alternaria, and Phythyium that develop in seedlings during that period. Diseases have been observed to be absent within a one-month period. Controlled diseases are eliminated, leaving no residue, and phototoxicity is eliminated. Therefore, there is no export problem. When applied to citrus fruits, it both treats and protects against skirt rot and tip dieback.

Product Type 2: In public and personal areas, and in pool water, it is bactericidal, antifungal, and antiviral effective against the microorganisms listed in the table.

In pool water, the application dose should be between 0.2 ppm and 0.5 ppm. In cases requiring a 1% application, the application should be kept until the existing chlorine dioxide reaches 0.2 ppm to 0.5 ppm. (The pool should not be used during this period.) The free chlorine level in pools should be between 0.3 ppm and 0.6 ppm.

Product Type 3: In veterinary hygiene, it is bactericidal, antifungal, and antiviral effective against the microorganisms listed in the table.

Product Type 4: In food and feed areas: It is bactericidal, antifungal, and sporicidal against the microorganisms listed in the table.

A 60-minute waiting period should be applied as an optional application for B. subtilis ATCC 6633 spores.

Product Type 5: It is bactericidal, antifungal, and effective against the microorganisms listed in the table in drinking water.

A 60-minute waiting period should be applied as an optional application for Legionella pneumophila ATCC 33152 control. For continuous system movements, continuous dosing at 0.4 ppm is recommended.
